GENERAL RULES

The rules here are general rules that must be followed in our server. If you have any questions feel free to contact our staff in our discord for further clarification

1. Advertising Hacked Clients:-

� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Encouraging a Player to use a disallowed or hacker client or slightly mentioning the hacked client for bypassing the system is not allowed.

Punishment: 120 Days IP-Ban

2. Advertising Server Domains:-

� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Sharing other server domains, either in discord or in game is forbidden.

Punishment: 120 Days IP-Ban

3. Ban Evading:-

� � � � � � � � � � Logging in an alternate account to avoid the punishment given to you is forbidden. This will result in us extending your ban period as well as banning your alternate account.

Punishment: 14 Days IP-Ban

4. Bug Exploiting:-

� � � � � � � � � � � � If any bug or exploits is found in any gamemode, we request the players to inform about this to us immediately. Please do not use the exploit to your advantage Those found abusing bugs will result in getting punished severely.
You could even result in getting permanently banned depending on the situation

Punishment: 7 Days IP Ban -> 14 Days IP Ban -> 30 Days IP Ban -> Permanent Ban

5. Chargeback:-

� � � � � � � � � � � � Since the items and ranks which you purchase are digitally intangible items, there is a strict no refund policy. No refund will be granted. Opening any sort of disputes will result your account getting permanently banned from our Network.

Punishment: Permanent IP Ban

6. DDos / Dox Threats:-

� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Threatening a player to reveal their personal information or Doxxing them is Strictly forbidden.� Threatening a Player is Strictly Forbidden. For example: "I will kill you"

Punishment: Permanent IP Ban

7. Discrimination:-

� � � � � � � � � � � � � Much Like our World, everyone on this server is built different from their appearances to their beliefs! That being said we need to be respectful. Any biased treatment to users will not be tolerated by the server. For example: You will be muted at times when you are being homophobic, Sexist, etc

Punishment: 5 Days IP Mute

8. Disrespect:-

� � � � � � � � � � � Players can have disagreements and even argue. But it must be in a respectful manner. Insulting, Harrassing, Bullying and Abusive Speech is not allowed. This also includes Attacking staff and questioning their competence. For example: "stfu" , "useless staff"

Punishment: 12 Hours Mute

9. Inappropriate Buildings:-

� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Building Offensive Builds are Not allowed. Dont think we are not going to find this out. This won't be tolerated By our network.

Punishment: 3 Days IP-Ban

10. Inappropriate Usernames:-

� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Creating a Minecraft or Discord account that has in appropriate words will not be tolerated at any cost.

Punishment: Permanent Ban

11. Inappropriate Nickname:-

� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � If a user has an Inappropriate Nickname, either in discord or in game, you will first be warned by the staff to change it. If you ignore, deny or ask questions after receiving a warning, You will be severely punished.

Punishment: Warning --> 3 Days Ban

12. Inappropriate Skins/ Cape:-

� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Works same as the Rule 11. Using of Inappropriate Skins or cape is not allowed. You will first be warned by a staff to change it, failing which, would result you in getting banned

Punishment: Warning --> 3 Days Ban

13. Light Advertising:-

� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Talking about other Minecraft servers is strictly prohibited. You are not allowed to mention the name or use abbreviations for the other server. This is strictly prohibited

Punishment: 4 Hours Mute

14. Mute Evading:-

� � � � � � � � � � � � � Logging in an alternate account to avoid punishments is not tolerated in this network.

Punishment: 5 Days IP-Mute

15. Spamming:-

� � � � � � � � � � The minimum requirements to be consider as spam is 3. If you spam three times or more, you will punished.

Punishment: 4 Hours Mute

16. Spamming Commands:-

� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Repeating Same Commands (example: /party invite .etc. for 3 times or more) is not allowed.

Punishment: Warning --> 3 Days Mute

17. Swearing:-

� � � � � � � � � Players are not allowed to use words that are rude or offensive. If we see that you have used an Inappropriate word for a user, we shall take strict actions. If you use the word in a non insulting manner (example: Fuck) , we shall not mute you. But please avoid using it in the first place. You will be punished if you use the word against a user. For Example: " f u" , " fuck you" , " bitch"

Punishment: 2 Days Mute

18. Unapproved / Inappropriate Links:-

� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Please do not post in appropriate links (adult content / scams). Our Network Has Young Players, and they shouldn't be exposed to such things, it is very disrespectful.

Punishment: 7 Days IP Mute

19. Hacking / Use of Blacklisted Modifications:-

� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Any Third Party Alterations that give unfair advantages while playing the game.is strictly prohibited. You aren't allowed to Hack or use Modifications which the server disallows.

Punishment: 7 Days IP Ban -> 30 Days IP Ban -> 120 Days IP Ban

20. Racism:-

� � � � � � � � Any Form of Racism will not be tolerated by our Network.

Punishment: 30 Days IP Ban ( Permanent If Repeated)

21. Malicious Links:-

� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Any Kind of Malicious Links that gather a players information or downloads a malware onto their computer to cause damage is prohibited.

Punishment: Permanent IP Ban

22. Scamming:-

� � � � � � � � � � Any Kind of Scamming, Through Trades, Shops, Auction House. Etc is Prohibited. If found please report them! (NOTE: SCAMMING IS ALLOWED IN LIFESTEAL).

Punishment: 7 Days IP Ban --> 30 Days IP Ban --> Permanent IP Ban

23. IRL Trading and Account Selling:-

Punishment: Permanent IP Ban

We will not accept any edited reports. We also will not accept evidence which has been unreported until a certain time. Any evidence or reports for banning or muting a user must reported within 3 days of the incident, else it will not be accepted.
